returns and refund policy

At Neythi (@houseof_neythi), every product is carefully curated and checked before dispatch. We hope you’ll love your purchase — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Return or Refund
We accept returns or refunds only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.

  • You contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We do not accept returns for size, color variation, or change of mind, as our collections are limited and handcrafted.

2. Mandatory Opening Video
To process any return or refund request, please share a clear opening video of the parcel showing:

  • The sealed package with shipping label visible

  • The complete unboxing process

  • The product and visible issue (damage/wrong item, etc.)

📸 Requests without an opening video will not be eligible for return or refund.

3. Process

  • Email us at houseofneythi@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 91083 60817 with your order ID and the opening video.

  • Once reviewed, our team will confirm eligibility and guide you on the next steps.

4. Refunds & Replacements

  • Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days via the original payment method after verification.

  • For Cash-on-Delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer.

  • Replacements (if available) will be shipped promptly after approval.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Custom-made or altered pieces

  • Accessories and limited-edition styles

6. Colour Disclaimer
Minor variations in colour or texture due to lighting or screen settings are not considered defects.
